Grape variety : 100 % Tempranillo

Aging: Malolactic aging for 9 months in American oak barrels variety of 300 liters and maceration control temperature last between 16-20 days.

Vineyard location: La ribera – Burgos

Vuela has been made with a selection of Tempranillo grapes in the wine area of
La Aguilera, famous for the antiquity of its vineyards provincial of Burgos’s heart of the Ribera del Duero. Coming from the oldest vineyards in the area of LaAguilera, province of Burgos, where a thorough selection of grapes is performed. 

Alcohol degree : 14% Alc

Serving temperature: – 14-16 °C

Tasting notes: Medium middle layer, intense claret with violet edge. In nose medium intensity that intensifies with oxygenation in glass, with memories of roasted coffee, chocolate and end of ripe red fruit and mineral hint.

The quality of the Grape teaches us cleanliness and honesty aromatic based on notes of ripe blueberries and plums, Fleshy, gentle on the journey without giving up a respectful structure and a generous finish of fruity and spicy, a perfect balance of acidity.

PDO : Rioja

Grape variety : 100 % Tempranillo

Aging: Malolactic aging for 10 months in American & French 225 liters oak barrels variety at 50 % both types and 6 months more bottled at least. The maceration stage at controlled temperature lasts for 20 days.

Vineyard location: La Rioja – Alava.

Elaborated after a careful selection of different specific areas of the oldest vineyards based in the Rioja – Alavesa area, where optimal ripening point is reached just before the harvest season.

PDO-UTIEL-REQUENA

PDO: Requena

Grape variety: 100 % Boval

Aging: Cold premaceration for 15-18 days, followed by fermentation at low
temperature. Malolactic in barrel and aging for 5 months in European oak barrel of 225 litres (French – Hungarian) with medium toasted.

Vineyard location: Requena – Valencia

Coming from Bobal vineyards located in Requena, selected plots of old
globet-prunet vines. Average age 55 years plantation in calcareous-clay soil with gravel in the subsoil and sandy loam. Traditional pruning in glass looking for the balance in availability of future small clusters.

PARAJE DE TITOS

PDO : La Mancha

Grape variety : 100 % Garnacha

Aging: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Paraje de Titos is aged for eleven months in American and French oak casks and two months in the bottle before release. Paraje de Titos is full bodied with a round palate, soft sweet tannins, and a long finish.

Vineyard location:

Paraje de Titos is produced from Garnacha grapes that have been grown in our estate vineyards. The soil consists of a mixture of clay and sand with a high concentration of limestone and many small stones. The stones help to retain the moisture in the soil during the long dry summer season. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast

Serving temperature: – 14-16 °C

Tasting notes: The quality of the grape gives us cleanliness and aromatic honesty based on notes of mature blueberries and plums, fleshy, friendly on the journey but not renouncing to a respectful structure and a generous final of fruity and spicy, a perfect balance of acidity.
