Aging: The fermentation stage is taken across steel tanks during 15 days.
Vineyard location: Northern Jumilla
Vineyards grown on very poor dry calcareous and stony soils located under the continental climate of the highlands in the Murcia Region in southeastern Spain, at an altitude between 600 and 900 meters.
Alcohol degree: 14% Alc
Serving temperature: – 14-16 °C
Tasting notes: Red ruby, with violet rims, good intensity aromas with ripe red fruits hints. Medium-bodied, tasty, balanced acidity and good persistence.

Aging: The harvest is done manually in the second half of September, once the deposit is filled with the grapes, we bleed the must, and in tanks with controlled temperature between 8-10º we obtain the highest potential of aromas of this rosé wine. The yeast used is the autoctone.
Vineyard location: Northern Jumilla
This wine comes from vineyards of the variety Monastrell grown in calcareous and stony soils, located between 550-600 meters above sea level, with a yield of 3,500 kilos per hectare.

Serving temperature: – 6-8 °C
Tasting notes: Strawberry colour. Aromas of flowers and fruits very intense, in tasting is well balanced and tasty with hints of ripe fruit and a lingering finish very pleasant.

Aging: During the elaboration, we make an exhaustive control of the temperature to obtain the greatest aromatic potential. We keep in tanks with the fine lines for 30 days to get a greater volume in the mouth.
Vineyard location: Northern Jumilla.

Serving temperature: – 6-8 °C
Tasting notes: Pale bright yellow. Medium-hight aromatic intensity, with memories of flowers and tropical fruits. Hints of honey and stony fruits. Very well balanced with a fresh and pleasant finish.
