PDO : Jumilla
Grape variety : 100 % Monastrell
Aging: Aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels 50/50. The wine is racked every three months to get a perfect homogenization and oxygenation.
Vineyard location: Northern Jumilla
Coming from vineyards located in dry, stony, calcareous and very poor soils of the D.O.P. Jumilla, at an altitude between 600 and 900 meters, with yields lower than 2Kg per vine.

Serving temperature: – 14-16 °C
Tasting notes: Garnet cherry with dark red reflections, copper rim. On the nose, leather, tobacco, berries and aromas of spices are detected. Plum and cherry flavors, with splendid acidity. Long, slightly bitter finish.

Vineyards located between 600 and 800 meters above sea level, in stony and calcareous soil, with maximum yields per vine of 2,5 Kg. Grapes are harvested from early September to late October

Tasting notes: Deep cherry colour, ripe fruits and hints of oak wood very well integrated with vanila and smoked fragances. Intense and well balanced, full bodied wine.

Selected from organic Monastrell vineyards, growing on calcareous soil under the sunny climate of the Region of Murcia (South East of Spain), located between 600 and 800 meters above sea level. Yields are lower than 2,5 kg. per vine.
Alcohol degree : 14% Alc
Serving temperature: – 14-16 °C
Tasting notes: Medium-high layer cherry red color. On the nose, ripe red fruit with light hints of roasted and spicy notes. In the mouth it is round and balanced, with very good persistence.
